Apart from the wide range of the emergency and evacuation lightning products we also offer services connected with the SMD assembly, such as:
- Assembly using the soldering paste,
- Double-sided assembly,
- Assembly with glue (possibility of soldering on wave).
Devices available in our machinery park are among others:
- Automatic Yucca KE- 2060 Light (productivity of 12 500 elements per hour),
-- Automatic ESSEMTEC-PANTERA (productivity of 4000 elements per hour),
- Convection stove ESSEMTEC RO 300 FC,
- Soldering ERSA unit – ETS 250.
To evaluate our services it is essential to deliver:
- Measured project in the .brd format of the Eagle program (optional pdf, jpg, png);
- List of elements (with determining the number of pieces, the tolerance and types of casings);
- Information about the output;
- Information concerning tests.
